Constitutional reform process said to take 2 years

As a member of the Bermuda Bar, I have seen and reviewed the Government's draft consultation document for changes to Bermuda's constitution. At this point, the consultation is on a selective basis, with a broader public process opening up at a later date. In this post, I shall analyse some of what is being proposed.

I reported on the outline of this consultation process in an earlier post in May. What has now been released is a 70+ page document setting out some more detail on how this is proposed to play out.
