How Bermuda students can qualify for UK university home fees

I am often asked by people whose kids are hoping to study at university in the UK, how can they qualify for 'home' fees - to pay reduced tuition fees. I recently looked into this properly, and there are some options even for students who do not possess British citizenship.

This will be of particular interest to families where a parent has acquired British citizenship, or has British ancestry. I shall explain this in the full post, below.
