New Mixed Status pathways

The Bermuda Immigration & Protection Amendment Act 2020 has finally been brought into effect, which will provide ways for members of mixed status families to apply for Bermudian status or PRC. To emphasise, this will only be of benefit to some people who already have a family member who is Bermudian or PRC.
The purpose of this article is to set out who will be eligible to apply for status or PRC under the new provisions. It is of benefit to various children, siblings and spouses of Bermudians and PRC holders.
