New PRC form finally published
Happy new year to all.
Immigration has finally published

new form for PRC applications. Contrary to previous announcements, this is not a
digital / online application, but a regular paper-based application process,
similar to previous application forms.

The Minister responsible for Immigration has now published a notice

confirming that the new PRC proposals will come into effect on the 1st December
2021.

PRC Proposals pass House of Assembly
The House of Assembly has now approved the new PRC proposals. Just to be clear,
it must now pass the Senate, be approved by the Governor, and then published in
the Official Gazette before it finally becomes law. This could still take some
months.
