Immigration Appeal Tribunal releases restrictive ruling on ordinary residency

I often come across people who have strong family connections to Bermuda, but who have interruptions to their own residency, often attempting to rely on visits back to Bermuda to see family to anchor a claim for ordinary residency for Bermudian status or PRC. This can sometimes become a vexed question.
