The government has announced that the Digital Nomad scheme will be closed to new applications as of tomorrow, 28th February.
Hundreds of people currently live in Bermuda as digital nomads (Work from Bermuda). They will be given a 90 day grace period upon their current certificateexpiring, and will have to apply for permission to reside on an annual basis upon their nomad permit expiring. There is a slight inconsistency in that new applications are supposed to be made 1-2 months before the digital nomad certificate expires.
